Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed with ZACK MICHAEL SINCLAIR through this website. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the item only; shipping is calculated at checkout. An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. If an item is unavailable after an order is placed we will contact you and refund that item in full.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and estimated to arrive within 15 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; delays caused by carriers, weather or customs are outside our control.

Frozen goods

All products are sold frozen. Keep them frozen at -18°C or below and follow the thawing instructions on the pack. Do not refreeze seafood that has been fully thawed.

Returns, refunds and claims

Unopened items kept frozen can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Damaged parcels must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and lost parcels within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the affected goods.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of the state in which ZACK MICHAEL SINCLAIR is established have jurisdiction.
